Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Behavioral Health (Boston, MA)

What you’ll do

• Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medications and provide ongoing psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan and with a variety of mental health conditions.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other team members to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence.
• Keep accurate medical records in line with hospital policies and best practices.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to clinical decision-making.

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts.
• Board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or PA with relevant psychiatric experience.
• Ideally 1-2 years of psychiatry or behavioral health experience, though passionate clinicians with strong skills will be considered.
• Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
