Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care (Boston, MA)

Where you’ll work

• Practice in outpatient clinics located in Boston, Brockton, or Lynn, MA
• Serve a diverse patient population with complex social needs
• Work within an integrated care model with easy access to multidisciplinary resources
• Operate in an outpatient-only setting with a strong support team

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care focused on older adults
• Coordinate care with social services and multidisciplinary colleagues
• Build trust and long-term relationships with patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
• Use EHR and other clinical technologies to document and manage patient care

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $259,000 - $270,000
• Full benefits package

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine (Family Medicine acceptable; must obtain board certification within one year of start date)
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one before start date
• Authorization to work in the United States
