Urology Physician - Faculty, Robotics Program Lead (Phoenix, AZ)

We’re looking for a full-time Urology physician to join our Department of Surgery in Phoenix, AZ. This role combines patient care, education, and program development - an excellent chance to help shape clinical services and train residents and medical students while practicing both inpatient and outpatient urology.

What you’ll do

• Provide general urology care across elective and emergency settings, caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Share call responsibilities as part of a collaborative coverage model.
• Lead and grow our urology robotics program, bringing advanced surgical options to our patients.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students, with opportunities to be involved in our graduate medical education programs.
• Participate in collaborative research efforts to advance urologic care and contribute to scholarly activity.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited urology residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Preferred: fellowship training or significant experience in robotic-assisted surgery
