CRNA - Gastroenterology ASC, No Call/Weekends, Flexible 3-4x10s, Colorado Springs

Join a tightly knit, team-focused ambulatory surgery center in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, where you can enjoy a predictable, high-efficiency outpatient practice dedicated exclusively to gastroenterology procedures. This role is a great fit for experienced CRNAs and new graduates who value work-life balance and a structured, propofol-only anesthesia model.

What you’ll get

• Practice setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center - gastroenterology cases only, outpatient-only, high-volume and efficient.
• Schedule flexibility: Full-time preferred (or PRN). Choose the cadence that fits your life:
  • 3 x 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) - base salary $230,000-$260,000 DOE + potential productivity bonus
  • 4 x 10-hour shifts/week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) - base salary $280,000-$315,000 DOE + potential productivity bonus
  • Option to pick up additional shifts for more income
  • PRN opportunities also available
• Work-life balance: No call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays. Maximum workday is 10 hours with a predictable schedule and structured workflow.

Compensation & benefits (Full-Time W-2)

• Propofol-only anesthesia (no other anesthetic agents used)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
• Current NBCRNA certification
• Active Colorado CRNA license or ability to obtain licensure
• New graduates and experienced CRNAs encouraged to apply
