We are seeking a dedicated outpatient Family or Internal Medicine physician to join our Phoenix, AZ team. This full-time role focuses on community medicine in a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call, offering an engaging team environment and strong support for professional growth.

What we offer

• Schedule: 100% outpatient with minimal call responsibilities
• Compensation: $239,000-$253,000 annually
• Benefits package plus commencement (sign-on) bonus
• Paid time off: 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays
• CME: 1 additional week paid for CME plus a $4,000 stipend

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Current DEA registration for controlled substances
• Prior family medicine experience preferred
