Rheumatology Physician - Academic/Inpatient & Outpatient Practice (Morgantown, WV)

We’re looking for a dedicated Rheumatology physician to join our team in Morgantown, WV. This position blends outpatient and inpatient clinical care with teaching and opportunities for research - an excellent fit for someone who values patient care, education, and academic growth.

What you’ll do

• Provide full-spectrum rheumatology care in both outpatient clinics and the hospital.
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in our ACGME-accredited fellowship program.
• Engage in quality improvement projects and/or research, with opportunities for division-supported grant work.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team committed to faculty development and career advancement.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree, or foreign equivalent.
• Eligibility to obtain a West Virginia medical license.
• Completion of an accredited internal medicine residency and a rheumatology fellowship.
• Board eligible or board certified in rheumatology.
