Pediatric Physician - Outpatient Pediatrics with Teaching/Faculty Role (Martinsburg, WV)

A respected healthcare organization in Martinsburg, West Virginia, seeks a dedicated Pediatric Physician to join its growing team. Position highlights

Clinical responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope outpatient pediatric care for patients from birth through 24 years of age
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions; perform preventive care, wellness exams, and immunizations
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and ensure continuity of care through collaboration with care teams
• Manage an average patient panel of approximately 16-18 patients per day

Academic and teaching responsibilities

• Teach, mentor, and evaluate medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical settings
• Support and participate in clinical education initiatives within the pediatric program
• Promote a positive, team-oriented learning environment

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency Program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Eligible for or holding an active West Virginia medical license
• DEA registration required by start date
