Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the Ocala, Florida emergency department. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of acute medical and traumatic conditions, perform procedures as indicated, coordinate care with consultants and inpatient teams, and document encounters accurately and efficiently. You will also help maintain department throughput and support quality and safety initiatives.
Required qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
