OB/GYN Hospitalist - Milwaukee, WI (Board-Certified/Board-Eligible)

Join an expanding, mission-driven OB/GYN hospitalist team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible obstetrician-gynecologist to join our growing Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, collaborative care, and education, offering variety and flexibility for clinicians focused on high-acuity obstetrics, surgical gynecology, or academic mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for low- and high-risk obstetric patients
• Evaluate and manage emergent gynecologic conditions
• Perform obstetric and gynecologic surgeries as indicated
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Teach and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students
• Support initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Schedule and flexibility

• Options for 12-hour or 24-hour shifts
• Equitable rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to customize monthly shift load to suit work-life balance and career goals

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligibility for, or current possession of, an unrestricted Wisconsin medical license
