Job Description
Join a Milford, CT hematology/oncology team of two physicians and two nurse practitioners. Provide comprehensive outpatient clinical care (≈90%) with occasional inpatient consults (≈10%).
Responsibilities
- Manage outpatient oncology and hematology patients: evaluation, treatment planning, follow-up, and symptom management
- Perform inpatient consultations as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives
Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM-6:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM-1:30 PM

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Hematology/Oncology
- Valid Connecticut APRN license
