Family Medicine Physician - FQHC Opportunity in Tallahassee, FL (Guaranteed $185K + Benefits)

Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida. Practice full-scope family medicine delivering high-quality, affordable medical care to patients of all ages across multiple sites in the Tallahassee area.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct outpatient medical care: history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate proactive care.
• Identify and deliver preventive and wellness services.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff and participate in care planning and quality improvement.
• Report to the site Medical Director and follow clinic policies and protocols.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary: $185,000/year
• Bonus incentives based on patient volumes

Schedule

• 40 hours/week
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Completion of or current enrollment in an approved residency program
• Board certified (BC) or board eligible (BE)
• Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain licensure
• New graduates and current residents welcome
