Internal/Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care (West Phoenix, AZ)

Location: West Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Full-time

Role summary:
Provide comprehensive primary care to adults and families, emphasizing preventive care, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Serve as an integrated member of the clinical care team.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver routine and urgent primary care visits
• Perform preventive care (screenings, immunizations, wellness exams)
• Manage chronic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, CHF, etc.)
• Diagnose and treat acute medical problems
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists
• Provide patient education and develop care plans
• Document encounters and maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement and practice protocols

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license
• DEA registration
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
