Partnership-Track General Anesthesiologist - Bethlehem, PA (Full-Time)

Join a growing, physician-owned anesthesia group in Bethlehem, PA. Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs is recruiting a full-time, partnership-track general anesthesiologist. We seek generalists with strong regional anesthesia skills; new graduates (2022) are encouraged to apply and fellowship-trained candidates will receive strong consideration.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of fellowship-trained cardiac (CT) anesthesiologists and provide anesthesia for orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, ENT, vascular, and general surgery.

Call and schedule

• In-house (first) call: every 14 days. Weekday in-house shift begins 3-4 PM and ends 7 AM the next day. Weekend in-house call is 24 hours (7 AM-7 AM) with 2-3 CRNAs on call with you.
• Backup (second) call: every 14 days.

Compensation and advancement

• Year 1 base: $400,000; Year 2: $425,000.
• Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted at 2 years; partner compensation averages over $450,000 annually.
