Job Description
A well-respected healthcare facility in Central CA is seeking a Pediatrician in the Bakersfield area to join their team.
- Board-certified or eligible Pediatrician
- Monday-Friday schedule, 40 hours a week
- Call: On week per quarter (phone only). Nurse triage handles the call first, and very few get through to the physician.
- Typically see approx. 25 ppd
- 100% outpatient
- Will see Peds patients
- Starting salary 235k (negotiable), sign-on bonus plus productivity incentives & retention bonus
- Full benefits, sign-on bonus, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
