Located in Newark, Ohio (30 minutes east of Columbus)
**About the Position**
A hospital-employed Psychiatry group is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to provide inpatient and consult-liaison services at a single hospital. Join a collaborative multispecialty team with addiction medicine support, a manageable call schedule, and excellent work-life balance.
-Full-time employed position
-Inpatient Psychiatry with Consult-Liaison responsibilities
-Single-hospital coverage
-Call schedule: 1:4
**Practice Highlights**
-Hospital-employed multispecialty group with more than 100 physicians
-14-bed inpatient behavioral health unit:
-9 adult psychiatric beds
-5 addiction medicine beds
-Work alongside an Addiction Medicine physician
-Provide consult-liaison services for medical and surgical inpatients
-EPIC electronic medical record
-Collegial physician environment with strong interdisciplinary support
-227-bed community hospital serving as the region's primary medical center
**Compensation & Benefits**
-Competitive base salary
-Approximately 6 weeks of paid time off (250 accrued hours annually)
-5 CME days and $6,000 annual CME allowance
-Multiple weekly on-site CME opportunities
-Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance
