**About the Position**
A Nurse Practitioner is sought to join an established primary care practice in Jaffrey, New Hampshire. This full-time opportunity offers the ability to practice independently while collaborating with experienced physicians and a multidisciplinary care team in a community-focused environment dedicated to delivering high-quality primary care.

-Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills
