**Endocrinology – Astoria, OR**
**Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist**
• Community-based practice with an academic affiliation.
• Practice general adult endocrinology in an outpatient-only setting.
• 4-day work week with an excellent work-life balance.
• No call responsibilities.
Join a collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary team, including:
o Endocrinology physician
o Medical assistants
o On-site insulin pump trainers
o Certified diabetes educator/Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) specialist
o Accessible social workers
o Clinic pharmacists
