A well-established Primary Care practice in northeastern New York is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in the Granville and Greenwich communities.

- Telephone call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
- Support from a full-spectrum medical group, including Primary Care, Specialists, and Hospitalist colleagues
- Strong nursing and administrative support
- On-site medical imaging, lab, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services
- System-wide EMR: Epic
- Safe, family-focused community setting with access to the Adirondacks, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and the Vermont border

Compensation and Benefits:

- Base compensation range: **$270,000 - $300,000**

Candidate Requirements:

- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- New York medical license or eligibility
