**Urology Opening in Santa Rosa, CA**

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established practice. Seeking a provider that has a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction. This is a permanent opportunity with a combination of scheduled clinical hours and shared call coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

- Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Average Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day

**Schedule & Call**
- Shared beeper call approximately 1:4
- Approximately 7–10 call days per month
- Onsite during weekday hours (7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- After-hours and weekend call response time: 30 minutes
- Average callback to the hospital: 3–5 times per week

**The practice is supported by:**
- 2 Registered Nurses
- 8 Medical Assistants
- 1 Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP)
- 1 Office Staff member

**Clinical Skills Required**
- General Urology
- Adult Urology

Required Procedures
- Laparoscopic surgery
- Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
- Ureteroscopy
- Radical prostatectomy
- Prostatectomy
- Nephrectomy
- Pelvic lymph node dissection
- Adrenalectomy
- Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy
- TRUS biopsies
- Incontinence procedures
- Penile prosthesis
- Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

**Candidate Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years)
- Fellowship training required
- Required Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- No supervision of Advanced Practice Providers required
- No resident or teaching responsibilities

Preference will be given to physicians with experience or a strong interest in:
- Female Urology
- Pelvic Floor Reconstruction
