**Certified Nurse Midwife**
**Location: Findlay, OH**
• Certified Nurse Midwife opportunity with a Women's Health program in Northwest Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of CNM experience preferred
• Current AMCB certification required
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based model
• Experience with perinatal education, diabetes management, and substance use considerations preferred
Schedule
• Weekdays: Two 8-hour clinic days and one 24-hour call day with OB Hospitalist support
• Weekends: 1:4 call rotation for Friday/Saturday coverage
• Sunday answering service coverage from home during assigned weekends
• Flexible scheduling and supportive practice environment
Practice Highlights
• Deliveries at an established hospital located off I-75, approximately 45 minutes south of Toledo
• Established, high-volume OB practice with experienced providers
• 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist and Pediatric Hospitalist services
• Level II Special Care Nursery supporting infants 32+ weeks
• Strong administrative and operational support
Compensation & Benefits
• $140,000–$145,000 base salary
• Base salary includes 200 hours of vacation/CME time
• wRVU productivity bonus of $26.00 per wRVU with no cap
• $5,000 signing bonus
• $3,500 CME/Board Certification allowance
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in Year 2
