**APP – Pediatric**
**Location: Findlay, OH**
• Full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner opportunity in an outpatient specialty setting in Findlay, Northwest Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatrics experience required
• Collaborative care model working closely with pediatricians and primary care physicians
• Average patient volume of 25 patients per day
• Shared office phone call with a 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
• Cerner EMR with AI-assisted charting
• Located in Findlay, a micropolitan community and the second-largest city in Northwest Ohio
• Part of a nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region
• Access to Mayo Clinic specialists for physician consultation and second opinions through an established clinical network
Compensation & Benefits
• 40 hours per week
• $120,000–$130,000 base salary, based on experience
• 200 hours of vacation/CME time
• wRVU productivity bonus with no cap
• Estimated productivity bonus of $10,000–$20,000+ annually
• $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in Year 2
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
