**APP – Neurology**
**Location: Findlay, OH**
• Full-time APP opportunity with a Neurology team in Findlay, Ohio
• Help expand access to neurology care and support the development of a dedicated memory care program
• Focus on memory care and cognitive disorders
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
• Minimum 2 years of neurology or memory care experience preferred
• Candidates without general neurology experience may be considered, with an expectation to develop proficiency in general neurology
• Average of 12 patients per day, allowing for longer appointment times
• Opportunity to improve early detection and diagnostic accuracy for cognitive disorders
• Support caregiver preparedness and help patients age safely in place
• Coordinate patient care and connect patients and caregivers with community resources
• Shared office phone call with a 1:3 rotation
• Hospitalist group manages inpatient admissions
• Located in Findlay, a micropolitan community and the second-largest city in Northwest Ohio
• Part of a nonprofit, integrated regional health system serving an eight-county region
• Access to Mayo Clinic specialists for physician consultation and second opinions through an established clinical network
Compensation & Benefits
• 40 hours per week
• $120,000–$145,000 base salary, based on experience
• $3,500 annual CME/Board Certification allowance
• 200 hours of vacation/CME time
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice insurance
• 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match beginning in Year 2
• Sick time accrual up to 600 hours
