**OB Hospitalist Opportunity**
**Location: Findlay, OH**
• Join a growing Women’s Health team in a regional, nonprofit health system serving an eight-county community in Northwest Ohio
• 24-hour OB hospitalist shifts with a flexible schedule
• 4 shifts per block
• Additional shifts available
• Optional clinic opportunities for physicians interested in adding outpatient work
• Scheduled C-sections and gynecology consults
• Management of unassigned OB patients from the Emergency Department
• Coordination of OB transfers
• Midwife oversight
• Non-emergent gynecologic surgery with surgical team support
• 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage
• Level II Special Care Nursery supporting infants 32+ weeks
• Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually
• One delivering hospital with an in-unit sleep room
• Remote participation in high-risk meetings
• Access to Mayo Clinic specialists for physician consultation and second opinions through an established clinical network
• Located in Findlay, a micropolitan community and the second-largest city in Northwest Ohio
Compensation & Benefits
• $195,000 base salary for 4 shifts per block
• $2,850 CME/board certification allowance
• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 403(b) tax-deferred annuity with 4% employer match beginning in year 2
