**ENT Opening in Lake Havasu City, AZ**
Las Vegas, NV 130m; Phoenix 160m; Flagstaff 160m
We are seeking a board certified or board eligible ENT in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
* Outpatient-only practice
* Established team: 1 ENT physician + 2 APPs
* Strong clinical and administrative support
* Modern clinic with Athena EMR
* Monday–Thursday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
* Dedicated OR day
* Manageable volume: ~15 patients per day
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Base salary with wRVU productivity bonus
* Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
* 25 days PTO plus retirement plan
* Comprehensive health benefits and malpractice coverage
* Student loan repayment and early-commitment stipend options
* CME allowance ($5,000 + 5 days)
* Marketing and practice growth support
