**Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Milford, IN**
• Full-time Family Medicine Physician opportunity
• Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
• Shared call schedule: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
• Join a team-centered and collaborative practice environment
• Proficiency with basic office procedures, including suturing, preferred
• Experience with birth control devices such as IUD insertion/removal and Nexplanon is a plus but not required
• Provide continuing care for individuals and families across all genders, diseases, and areas of the body
• Focus on community health, disease prevention, wellness, and health promotion
• Provide personal, comprehensive, and continuing care for individuals within the context of their family and community
• Join a well-established multi-specialty healthcare network serving approximately 220,000 people across Northern Indiana
• Access to both primary care and specialty providers, supporting comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions
• Strong focus on population health and innovative healthcare strategies
