Peds - Gastroenterology opening in Oklahoma
Located in Tulsa
Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join hospital.
Details:
- Join 3 Physicians and 1 APRN
- Clinic Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
- 15-18 patients per day in clinic
- Consults vary. Average inpatient census is about 5 -10.
- Last Friday of every month is used as an administration day by most providers.
- Endoscopy – 1 day/wk
- Call 1:4, Mon-Mon, 8a-8a (Physician is on call 24/7 for a full week)
- Duties: covering hospital pages, after hours for the clinic and foreign body, hospital consults
- Primary for foreign body call
- Call rotation is 10 days/ month, per Ped’s GI Provider
- There is one dedicated procedure room.
- Reduced clinic schedule when on call, it is physician preference when they round
