We are seeking a board-eligible or board-certified General Orthopedic Surgeon (Adult Reconstruction fellowship welcomed) to join an established, high-demand practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

* Employed, full-time, well-respected practice
* Join 3 physicians and 2 APPs
* Anticipated call 1:4 covering a single hospital
* Level III trauma 22-bed ED (48,000 ED visits in 2025)
* 168-bed hospital with 8 modern OR suites, dedicated blocks, MAKO availability, high-definition fluoroscopy, efficient and tenured OR team with First Assist, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
* Athena EMR + Suki AI scribe technology
* Fully-equipped clinic with experienced support team; clinic adjacent to medical center
* Established referral network supported by 18 physician clinics, a 10-bed freestanding ED, 3 urgent care centers, and dedicated outreach/marketing support.
* Robust multidisciplinary support such as IP/OP therapy, MSK radiologists, Infusion therapy, Interventional Pain Management, PM&R, and athletic partnerships with New Mexico State University.
