Pain Medicine Physician opening in Norfolk, NE
Full-Time | Established Pain Management Practice | Epic | J-1/H-1B Considered
A regional referral center in Northeast Nebraska is seeking a Pain Medicine Physician to join an established pain management team in a practice setting that values quality, physician leadership, and patient care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Pain Medicine Physician opportunity
- Join an established Pain Management practice
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 10 days of call per month
- EPIC EMR
- Outpatient Surgery Center located in the same building
- Fluoroscopy procedure room located on the same floor
- Practice within a regional referral center serving 22 counties across Nebraska
- Not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship considered
- Strong fit for a physician interested in procedural and outpatient-based pain medicine
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary: **$437,000**
- Guaranteed base salary based on experience
- Production bonus
- Retention bonus
- Signing bonus
- Educational loan repayment or immigration assistance
- Relocation assistance

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine
- Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain
- Interest in outpatient and procedural pain management
- Comfortable working with fluoroscopy-guided procedures
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
