Pulmonary Critical Care Physician opening in Norfolk, NE
Full-Time | Pulmonary/ICU Mix | Epic | J-1/H-1B Considered
A regional referral center in Northeast Nebraska is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join an established team in a practice setting that values quality, physician leadership, and patient care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine opportunity
- Join a team with 2 physicians and 1 APP
- Inpatient, outpatient, pulmonary consultation service, and ICU rotations
- 15-20 patients per day in clinic
- Open ICU rounding with a multidisciplinary team and step-down unit
- EPIC EMR
- Full specialty support available
- Established Cardiovascular Institute with cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, and vascular surgery support
- 24/7 Hospitalist team coverage
- Opportunities in Sleep Medicine if Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Procedures include ION, EBUS, PFTs, and exercise pulmonary stress testing
- Regional referral center serving 22 counties across Nebraska
- Not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship considered
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at **$469,000+**
- Production bonus

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine
- Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain
- Sleep Medicine training or interest welcome
- Strong interest in inpatient, outpatient, consultative pulmonary care, and ICU medicine
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
