Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary range: **$270,000 - $300,000**
- Guaranteed base salary
- Signing bonus equal to **10% of base salary**

Candidate Requirements:

- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Nebraska medical license or willingness to obtain
- Interest in community-based primary care
- Interest in teaching or residency program involvement welcome
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
