**Psychiatric Mental Health NP Opening in ME**
Located in Bangor, ME
**Position Highlights:**
- Full-time, hospital-employed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner opportunity
- Unique night shift role split between Adult and Pediatric Inpatient Services
- Sunday–Thursday schedule, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM
- On-site position
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and initiate treatment interventions
- Provide follow-up evaluations as indicated
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with Medical Directors, Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Therapists, and Technicians
- Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor for fellow staff
- Psychiatric teaching hospital environment
- Work with both adult and pediatric behavioral health populations
**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Annual base salary of $123,980.69–$130,998.40
- Additional compensation may include call pay, leadership stipends, and other incentives
- Sign-on bonus

**Qualifications:**
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP required
- Strong clinical, teaching, and leadership skills
