**Position Highlights:**
- Full-time, W-2 CRNA opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center
- Collaborative Anesthesia Department with CRNAs and Anesthesiologists
- Broad case mix including trauma, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, urology, gynecology, robotics, pediatrics, EP, and GI
- Optional OB coverage for CRNAs proficient in epidural and spinal anesthesia
- No heart or transplant cases
- Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Additional 16- and 24-hour shifts available once comfortable within the system
- Opportunities for premium-pay shifts during the week and on weekends
- Guaranteed 40 hours of pay per week

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Competitive compensation with additional earning opportunities
- $200/hour premium pay for hours worked over 40 per week

**Qualifications:**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
