A comprehensive obesity medicine and bariatric surgery program in Rapid City, South Dakota is seeking a full-time Obesity Medicine Physician to join an established and growing multidisciplinary team.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Full-time Obesity Medicine Physician opportunity
- Join an established comprehensive obesity medicine and bariatric surgery practice
- Provide comprehensive obesity care for patients in medical and surgical treatment pathways
- Work within an MBSAQIP-accredited bariatric and metabolic program
- Join a multidisciplinary team that includes obesity medicine, bariatric surgery, bariatric psychiatry, dietitians, APPs, and experienced clinic nursing staff
- Support patients through medical weight management and bariatric surgery pathways
- Practice in a regional tertiary care setting with broad specialty support
- Emphasis on high-quality patient care, collegial collaboration, and sustainable practice environment

Candidate Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified physician
- Obesity Medicine certification required or expected
- Candidates who have completed an Obesity Medicine fellowship and are scheduled to take the certification exam may be considered
- Obesity Medicine certification may be through fellowship or CME pathway
- Interest in comprehensive obesity care, metabolic health, and bariatric medicine
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills
