**APP – Vascular Surgery**
**Location: Cooperstown, New York**
• Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant opportunity in Vascular Surgery
• Located in Cooperstown, New York
• Join an established Vascular Surgery team consisting of 4 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• Integrated healthcare system serving a large multi-county region throughout Central New York
• Patient-centered, collaborative practice environment
• Academic setting with opportunities to work alongside a surgery residency program
Schedule
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No call
• Predictable schedule supporting a strong work–life balance
Clinical Responsibilities
• Combination of:
o Independent vascular surgery clinics
o Wound center clinics
o Operative surgical assisting
o Clinic-based procedures
o Inpatient coverage
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the surgery residency program
• Participate in a broad range of vascular surgery services and patient care
• EPIC EMR
Compensation
• Salary range: $126,288–$140,140
• Compensation based on qualifications, experience, education, licensure, specialty, training, and market factors
• Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
• Productivity-based incentive opportunities
• Competitive salary with potential for salary increases
Qualifications
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• New graduates considered
• New York State licensure required
• ACLS/BLS certification
• DEA registration required
