**Position Highlights:**
- Per diem outpatient Cardiology opportunity
- Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions
- Work within a multidisciplinary team serving a diverse community patient population
- Interpret EKGs and integrate diagnostic testing into treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with Primary Care providers and other specialists
- Educate referring providers on cardiovascular care
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Provide patient and family education on cardiovascular health, lifestyle modifications, and treatment plans
- Flexible, hybrid scheduling with telemedicine capabilities
- Productivity expectation of at least 8 patients per half day
- Opportunity to supervise and mentor medical students, residents, or fellows
- Epic EHR

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Compensation range of $416,000–$457,600 annually

**Qualifications:**
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Active BLS certification
- 3–5 years of outpatient Cardiology experience preferred
- New graduates with a strong interest in community health are welcome
- Epic EHR experience preferred
- Ability to provide telephonic and video telemedicine visits as needed
- Ability to work morning and evening shifts as needed
