Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join practice.
Details:
- General orthopedic surgery, with opportunities to incorporate subspecialty interests.
- Candidates with experience or training in total joints, trauma, or reconstructive orthopedics are strongly encouraged to apply.
- New graduates are welcome and will benefit from mentorship and a supportive onboarding environment.
- Hospital Employed Practice
- Single, established practice location
- Access to modern OR suites and advanced surgical technology
- Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
- Integrated care model with strong referral base
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive care in general orthopedic surgery
- Evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform a wide range of orthopedic surgical procedures
- Participate in shared call coverage, supporting hospital orthopedic needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, rehabilitation, and specialty services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Worcester also is home to the state's finest schools, both public and private.
