• Board-certified/board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician opportunity with fellowship training in Pain Medicine.
• Join a well-established Interventional Spine and Pain Management practice focused on non-operative spine care.
Perform a wide range of advanced interventional procedures, including:
• Fluoroscopy-guided spine injections
• Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
• Spinal cord stimulation
• Other minimally invasive spine and pain management techniques
• Become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team that includes:
• Interventional spine physicians
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Clinical psychologist
• Social worker
• Physical therapists specializing in spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Neurosurgeons
• Chiropractic specialists
• Strong regional referral network supported by a large, established primary care base.
• High-volume practice with thousands of interventional procedures and outpatient visits performed annually.
• Procedures are performed in a modern, hospital-sponsored ambulatory surgery center with dedicated operating rooms for efficient patient care.
• Primary practice location in Johnson City, NY, with outreach clinics serving surrounding communities.
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents through academic affiliations and participate in clinical research.
Competitive compensation package with:
• Starting salary of $470,000–$595,000
