**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pediatrics**
• Full-time Pediatrician opportunity with an established, well-respected outpatient pediatric practice in Kingsport, Tennessee.
• Join a busy, collaborative practice with an existing patient panel and a strong reputation for providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.
• Deliver comprehensive primary care services for infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient-focused setting.
• Step into immediate patient volume with an established patient base.
• No nursery call responsibilities.
• Shared call schedule with a supportive team of pediatric providers.
• Work alongside experienced clinical and administrative staff in a collaborative environment.
• Utilize a state-of-the-art EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system with established workflows to support efficient patient care.
• Foster long-term relationships with patients and families while emphasizing continuity of care and preventive medicine.
