Full-Time | Outpatient Endocrinology | Diabetes Focus | Monday-Friday
A well-established Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism team in Norwich, Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient endocrinology care.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Outpatient Endocrinology APP role
- Collaborate with a high-functioning team of endocrinology providers
- Primarily provide follow-up care for patients with complex endocrine disorders
- Large clinical focus on diabetes management
- Team-based approach to diabetes, wellness, and prevention
- APP mentorship and thorough onboarding provided
- Tailored Endocrinology Epic templates
- Dedicated administrative time throughout the week
- Full-time Monday-Friday schedule

Candidate Requirements:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA, FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP
- Endocrinology or diabetes experience as a PA, NP, clinical student, or RN preferred
- Strong communication, patient education, documentation, and collaboration skills
