An established anesthesiology group in Joplin, Missouri is seeking a CRNA to provide dedicated in-house OB anesthesia coverage in a medically supervised practice model that promotes CRNA autonomy.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary from **$262,800**
- Educational/start bonus of **$80,000**
- Internal locums shifts available at **$175-$225/hour**

Candidate Requirements:

- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Missouri license or eligibility
- OB anesthesia experience or strong interest preferred
- Ability to provide in-house OB anesthesia coverage
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in a collaborative anesthesia model
- Interest in labor and delivery anesthesia and team-based patient care
