Inpatient Psychiatrist opening in AR
Located in Northwest Arkansas

Onsite
Practice Overview:
- Full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist opportunity in Northwest Arkansas
- Hospital-employed position
- Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care to adult patients
- Collaborate with PMHNPs and multidisciplinary team members on care coordination and treatment planning
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- After-hours and weekend call schedule to be determined based on program needs and provider availability
- No telemedicine
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership qualities
- Supportive behavioral health setting within a growing regional healthcare market
Compensation & Recruitment Package:

Job Qualifications:
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
