**Inpatient Psychiatrist opening in Northwest Arkansas**
Full-Time | Permanent | Adult Inpatient Psychiatry | Monday–Friday
A hospital in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients. This opportunity offers a collaborative behavioral health environment with multidisciplinary support and opportunities for clinical leadership.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Onsite adult inpatient psychiatric care
- After-hours and weekend call determined by program needs and provider availability
- Collaborate with PMHNPs and multidisciplinary behavioral health professionals
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing inpatient management
- Coordinate patient care with the broader treatment team
- Supportive behavioral health practice environment
- Opportunity to contribute clinical leadership within the program
- No telemedicine

**Candidate Requirements:**
- MD or DO
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary inpatient setting
