Men’s Health Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in Farmington, CT
Full-Time | Ambulatory Urology | Monday-Friday | No Call
A multidisciplinary Men’s Health program in Central Connecticut is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide ambulatory urology care in a specialized men’s health setting.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Ambulatory Men’s Health / Urology APP role
- Evaluate and manage urology patients in an outpatient setting
- Multidisciplinary care model focused on whole men’s health
- Clinical areas may include general urology, andrology, sexual health, fertility, kidney stones, and urologic cancers
- Opportunity for additional exposure to cardiology, endocrinology, bariatric medicine, bariatric surgery, and mental health
- Participate in patient care planning, quality improvement, and team-based care coordination
- Monday-Friday schedule
- No call required
- Potential coverage of nearby practice locations
- Opportunity to learn from experienced mentors and grow toward independent practice
- Procedure opportunities available
- EMR: Epic

Candidate Requirements:
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate of an accredited PA or Nurse Practitioner Master’s program preferred
- Connecticut PA or APRN license, or eligibility
- Certification or eligibility as a PA or nationally board-certified APRN
- Men’s Health, Urology, or men’s sexual dysfunction experience preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, patient education, and collaboration skills
