**OBGYN | Salem, Oregon**
**Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist**
• Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist to join an established and collaborative practice in Salem, Oregon.
• Full-time, permanent position with a first-year guaranteed salary and partnership opportunity after one year.
• 4-day work week, outside of call responsibilities.
• Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Join an interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician associates.
• Must work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Practice & Surgical Details
• High surgical volume with the option to perform robotic surgeries.
• Group performs approximately 140–150 deliveries per month.
• 1:9 call schedule.
• Laborist-of-the-day model.
• OB hospitalists available.
• Dedicated in-house OB anesthesia.
• Hospital has a Level III NICU.
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care.

• Onsite CLIA-licensed high-complexity laboratory.
• Siemens major chemistry instrumentation with more than 80% of laboratory testing performed in-house for efficient turnaround times.
• Onsite laboratory team also performs EKGs and Holter monitor placement.
Comprehensive onsite imaging services including:
o General X-ray
o CT
o MRI
o Ultrasound
o Mammography
o Bone densitometry
o And additional imaging services
• Radiologists onsite until 5:00 PM daily, with remote wet reads available after hours.
