**APP – Endocrinology Opportunity**
**Location: Syracuse, New York**
• Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join an established Endocrinology practice in Syracuse, New York.
• Work under physician supervision to provide a broad range of high-quality medical services.

Position Responsibilities
• Obtain comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Administer treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Counsel and educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and health management.
• Provide quality care while maintaining patient safety and infection-control standards.
• Participate in emergency situations and demonstrate effective leadership when needed.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current New York State certification/registration as an NP or PA.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to remain calm, effective, and assume a leadership role during emergency situations.
• Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches within the area of expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Knowledge of health promotion, health-risk identification, and patient education principles and techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience.
