**Location: Newark, Ohio**

• Join a hospital-employed anesthesia team utilizing a collaborative medical direction model with both anesthesiologists and CRNAs.
• Physicians have the flexibility to perform their own cases or supervise CRNAs.
• Broad case mix with no cardiac, neuro, or trauma responsibilities.

Clinical responsibilities primarily include:
• General Surgery
• Vascular Surgery
• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Genitourinary procedures
• Gastroenterology
• Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Plastic Surgery
• Podiatry
• Psychiatry

• Strong orthopedic surgery program with high case volume; experience with peripheral nerve blocks is highly desirable.
• Department is currently incorporating Focused Cardiac Ultrasound (FoCUS) into preoperative assessment protocols.

Collegial practice environment with:
• Monthly CME meetings
• Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) conferences
• Ongoing literature review and clinical education

Competitive compensation package including:
• Annual base salary of $550,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years

• Board certification required or board eligible within five years of completing residency or fellowship training.
