**APP – Family Medicine Opportunity**
**Location: Mason City, Iowa**
• Join an established and busy Family Medicine practice with immediate patient volume.
• Team includes 7 physicians and 1 PA.
• Traditional outpatient Family Medicine practice.
• Minimal call: phone-only, 1:8 rotation.
• Located adjacent to a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital with access to comprehensive specialty, laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy services.
Compensation & Benefits
• $123,967/year base salary + production incentive.
• $10,000 bonus package.
• Full benefits starting Day 1, including:
o Health, dental, and vision insurance
o Short- and long-term disability
o 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans with employer match
o 457(b) plan
o Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• $3,000 annual CME allowance.
• 34 days PTO annually.
Qualifications
• Board Certified ARNP or PA.
• Must be eligible for an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA.
• Must be eligible for medical staff privileges.
Life in Mason City
• Population of approximately 30,000 and the largest urban center in northern Iowa.
• Approximately 2 hours from Minneapolis and Des Moines.
• Excellent public and parochial schools.
• Affordable community with cost of living approximately 24% below the national average.
• Extensive recreational and cultural amenities, including parks, trails, museums, theater, golf, and outdoor activities.
• Municipal airport with daily flights to/from Chicago.
• Located just 8 miles from Clear Lake, offering boating, fishing, and year-round recreation.
