A leading health system affiliated with a major academic medical center is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Physician to join an established and growing practice in Midland, Michigan.
Opportunity Highlights
• Full-time Interventional Radiology position with a strong referral base from oncology, pulmonology, nephrology, and hospital medicine.
• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, with daytime coverage from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. plus evening call responsibilities.
• Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient procedures.
• Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests, including oncology, pulmonary embolism, women’s health, and other advanced IR services.
• Access to advanced technologies and procedures such as ablation, Y-90 radioembolization, thrombectomy, and prostate artery embolization.
• Collaborative practice environment with APP support and a 1:2 call rotation.
• Work within a modern regional medical center with strong institutional support and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Board eligible or board certified within five years of completing training.
• Completion of a Diagnostic Radiology residency followed by an accredited fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
• Subspecialty certification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology through the American Board of Radiology, American Osteopathic Board of Radiology, or an equivalent recognized board.
• Eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License.
