Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in WA
Located in Brewster, WA

Practice Overview:
- Full-time Family Medicine APP opportunity in Brewster, Washington
- Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- State-of-the-art primary care clinic setting
- Join a rural primary care team with 1 physician and 1 advanced practice provider
- Flexible schedule options available
- Option for 4-day/10-hour shifts with 8.5 hours of patient contact
- Option for 5-day/8-hour shifts
- Clinic open Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
- EMR: Epic
- Government-qualified site with HPSA score of 16
- Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
- No telemedicine
- No visa sponsorship
- Integrated healthcare delivery system with clinics across rural communities, two hospitals, and more than 30 medical specialties
- Organization-wide team includes 300+ physicians and 170 advanced practice clinicians
- Strong focus on work-life balance, provider satisfaction, and reduced burnout
Compensation & Recruitment Package:
- Competitive yearly salary range: **$138,000 - $160,000**, based on experience
- RVU production bonus
- Signing bonus
- Internal student loan repayment up to **$24,000**
- Relocation stipend of **$5,000** paid in first paycheck
- CME allowance of **$5,000** every two years
- Matching 401(k)

Job Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Medicine, Primary Care, Rural Health, or related outpatient experience preferred
- Spanish-speaking ability preferred
- Washington license or eligibility
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, and clinic support staff
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
