**Orthopedic Trauma NP / PA opening in Wenatchee, WA**
Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week | First Assist + Hospital + Clinic | $142K–$172K
An established Orthopedic Trauma team in Wenatchee, Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide a mix of surgical, hospital-based, and outpatient orthopedic trauma care.
**Opportunity Highlights:**
- Full-time, permanent, hospital-employed position
- Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
- Join an established team of 2 Orthopedic Trauma surgeons and 3 APPs
- 4-day work week
- Mix of surgical first assist, hospital-based care, and clinic responsibilities
- Additional compensation available for on-call shifts
- Collaborative, team-based practice environment
- No telemedicine
- Access to more than 30 medical specialties within an integrated healthcare system
- Mentoring program available
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Annual salary range: **$142,000–$172,000**, based on experience
- Signing bonus
- Student loan repayment up to **$24,000**
- **$5,000 relocation stipend** paid in the first paycheck
- **$5,000 CME allowance every 2 years**
- Matching 401(k)

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Orthopedic or trauma experience preferred
- Current or eligible Washington license
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Ability to maintain thorough and comprehensive patient records
- Team-oriented approach and interest in Orthopedic Trauma
- No visa sponsorship
